“The Breaking Boundaries Foundation’s mission is to empower youth, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to learn breaking as a lifelong activity. We strive to provide an escape, a sense of accomplishment, and a community where boundaries, both in dance and in life, are meant to be broken. “Breaking” has a dual meaning for us. We’re here to enable youth to not only master Breaking, but also breakthrough the socio-economic and personal obstacles they may face.”  Scott Oki – one of the founders of Breaking Boundaries attended Gatzert for kindergarten and will join the assembly on October 18.
